Services

Taylor has two primary business units, Logistics and Marketing. Logistics encompasses approximately 92% of the business and involves the transportation of crude oil from the wellhead to pipeline injection stations.

Taylor is responsible for the delivery of crude oil from over 14,000 wellheads each month to injection stations, storage terminals or directly to refineries. Taylor's owner-operators and drivers are coordinated through a 24-hour dispatch center located in Mesquite, Texas. The Company has significant operations in most of the major crude oil producing states, and has established a footprint in areas of newer production (where little to no gathering pipelines exist) such as the Bakken play in North Dakota and Montana.

Taylor owns 77 crude oil pipeline injection stations strategically located along pipelines in major producing regions. Crude oil is trucked into the transfer stations and offloaded into storage tanks where the crude oil is measured and analyzed for quality while awaiting delivery into the designated pipeline.

Marketing comprises the Company's NGL business whereby Taylor acts as an intermediary between buyer and seller, brokering and arranging the transportation of NGL from producers to the end user.
